(162) PENILE TRAUMA ANALYSIS AND FOLLOW-UP OF A SERIES

Abstract Objectives To describe and review a series of penile trauma. Methods Patients with suspicions fracture that received surgical treatment were included from 2015 to 2022. Results 11 consecutive patients due suspicion 3 had negative previous ultrasonography. showed bleeding without rupture, 2 rupture both corpora cavernosa urethra, 6 only one corpora. After recovery time 9 reported altered erectile function. 1 urethral stenosis. curvature. skin necrosis required The prefered repairing technique was single stitch resorbable suture.
